A member of our team will contact you to exchange all the details needed to ensure the necessary access for remote support. 

This will be carried out securely, safely and following full ITIL service management and your own change control procedures.

Instruction to approve

Once you are onboarded, there is no commitment for you to use our support service, you are simply invited to use it on a pay as you go basis if you need to. This is secured via a purchase order of agreed time and budget to suit you.

Support as required

If you require our support moving forward, you can reach us via phone, email or our online portal, all of which will be made accessible to you during onboarding.

You simply operate on a pay as you go basis, meaning you are in control. If you would prefer fixed monthly costs, we can also provision a service to suit all budgets and needs.

Will the onboarding process take up much of my time?

What information would you need then?

To get you set-up we would require the following:

  • A list of users who you want to able to log issues
  • Credentials which give us access to live, test and other surrounding environments, with admin access to applications and databases
  • A method of entry in to your network

Why do you need a purchase order?

We cannot start work without a purchase order, so we ask for one so that if you do require our support in the future we are able to start work immediately, helping to prevent any unneccesary delays.

If you never require any support following the onboarding, the purchase order will remain unused.
